You tell Athena about your career, and we turn that into a profile that works for you.
We don’t sell your data, we don’t use it to train AI models, and we don’t run ads or trackers.
You can delete your account whenever you want.
Your account details
Your name and email. Your password is held by Google’s authentication service, never by us.
What you share

What we make for you
Your profile summary and any résumés you generate.
Billing basics
Your plan and its status. See Payments below.
To build and maintain your profile, to power your conversations with Athena, to generate your summary and résumés, and to keep your account running.
That’s the whole list. We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with advertisers.
Athena is powered by AI, but your conversations stay inside our own cloud environment. We reach large language models through AWS Bedrock, Amazon’s enterprise AI infrastructure, which means the AI companies that build those models never see your data. They provide the technology. We run it privately.
Your conversations can’t end up in anyone else’s training data, and we don’t use them to train models ourselves.
Spotted Owl is candidate-only right now. Your profile is yours, and nobody else is browsing it.
A small number of our team can access account data when it’s needed to operate the product or help you with a problem.
Payments run through Stripe, on Stripe’s own pages. Card numbers never touch our systems. We keep only your plan, your status, and the identifiers Stripe gives us.
We don’t use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party pixels. Your browser stores a sign-in token so you stay logged in. That’s it.
Your information is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure, reachable only by the systems and people that need it. Everything travels over an encrypted connection.
You can edit or delete any individual experience from your profile at any time.
You can delete your account from Settings. That removes your profile, your conversations, your summary, and your sign-in.
You can contact us with any question about your data, including asking for a copy of it.
